- Deceleration and Acceleration

Kids in this age group will be taught general movement skills such as deceleration, acceleration, and force production.  Change in movement occurs in many directions (front/back/side/up/down) and applies to all sports. 


An introduction to resistance training though bodywieght exercises will promote an increase in overall body strength.
